A : You need to give a written instruction to your delivering broker, and then complete GFSL “SECURITIES SETTLEMENT INSTRUCTION”form and send the Scanned form to info@grandlyifg.com by client registered email address or to our office. We will deposit the respective securities to your account once receipt from the delivering broker.

Physical Securities Withdrawal (Hong Kong stocks only)

Q : How to withdraw physical Hong Kong securities from Grandly Financial Services Limited(GFSL) ?
A : You should fill out the GFSL Physical Stock withdrawal form and scan the form to info@grandlyifg.com
by client registered email address or hand over to our office in person.
Withdrawal process takes about two days. You will be notified when the stock is ready and you can collect
the physical stock in person.
